Board must be paid automatically via Zelle or bank transferon the 1st of the month. Checks, cash and Venmo are not accepted. A $50 late fee is assessed on the 5th of the month. Please anticipate modest board increases in November of each year.
Semi-Rough Board: $365
Staff turns in and out every day, weather permitting.
Staff applies boarder-supplied fly spray in spring/summer/fall.
Staff applies and removes fly mask and/or bell boots daily.
Staff feeds boarder-supplied hay 3x/day (breakfast, paddock, night check).
Staff feeds boarder-supplied pm hay if requested before 4pm.
Staff feeds premade portions of boarder-supplied grain/supplements 2x/day.
Staff checks and fills water 2x/day (paddock and night check).
Staff provides one blanket change in morning and one in afternoon from November to April.
Staff brings horse in from paddock and holds for vet/farrier with 24-hour notice.
Stall equipped with metal blanket rack
$25/month fee for daily fly sheet application/removal
$15 fee for each rough board stall cleaning (please request by 9:30am)
Premium Semi-Rough Board: $390
In addition to semi-rough board:
Staff hand-administers daily medication (long or short term)
Staff fills stall hay bags
Staff soaks grain at each feeding
Staff feeds night check grain
Full Board: $725

Staff feeds up to 10 flakes of hay per day (breakfast, paddock, pm, night check).
Staff feeds up to 5 quarts of Poulin grain 2x/day.
Staff feeds boarder-supplied supplements if requested.
Staff beds ½ bag shavings per day in each stall.
Staff scrubs stall buckets daily.
Staff fills water 3x/day (paddock, pm and night check).

Premium Full Board: $750
In addition to full board:

Heavy Bedding: $25 in addition to full board
Truck-in fee for use of arenas: $20 per horse/rider per hour
Fees for additional care are billed at $20/hour in 15-minute segments.
Additional grain is charged at $25 per month per quart.
